Why We Built an AI Virtual Try-On

We built this because online shopping is still guesswork. You are expected to decide how something will look on you… without ever seeing it on you.

That never made sense to us 🤣.

This is not occasional. This is how most people shop. Why this keeps happening Because the inputs are wrong. You see clothes on models who do not look like you. You see styling built for photos, not real life. You read advice that applies to everyone (so it helps no one). So you guess. And guessing breaks down fast.

Shopping becomes slower. Less confident. More frustrating. What we believed instead We simplified the problem down to one idea: You should be able to see how something looks on you before you buy it. Not on a model. Not in your imagination. On you. If you can do that, decisions get easier. Why existing solutions failed Virtual try-on was not new. But it was not useful enough. Results looked fake. Fit looked wrong. Setup took too long. So people ignored it. If it does not help you decide, it does not matter.
